We use Leopards Courier and TCS for delivery in Pakistan.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship parcels in 24 hours after payment. But some parcels can take long if items like oils are not in stock. But mostly we have all our items ready to ship but sometimes it may take longer then 24 hours. And you will receive your parcel in next 3 to 5 business days after shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

We have tracking numbers for all our parcels shipped by e-packet. If you do not receive your parcel in 1 month then contact us.

WHAT ABOUT Custom Duties?

You have to pay custom duties from your side if applied.
